For Providers
List your capacity. Get paid from every session.
XoomPark is where parking operators, property owners, charging networks, and curb authorities list physical capacity for autonomous vehicles. You define the resources, set the rates and policies, and manage everything through the platform. The reservation API handles every hold, session, and usage record.
Staging stalls. EV connectors. PUDO berths. All in one place.
What you list
Three resource types. One platform.
If you have physical capacity that an autonomous vehicle can use, you can list it on XoomPark — regardless of whether it is a surface lot, a parking structure, a charging station, or a curb.
Staging
Staging stalls
Parking stalls where AVs wait between dispatch jobs. Operators reserve in advance. You earn per minute or per hour based on the rate you set. No hardware required.
Charging
EV connectors
Level 2 or DCFC chargers listed alongside stall inventory. Sessions are metered by kilowatt-hour. Charger status and energy delivery are logged to the session record automatically.
PUDO
PUDO berths
Curb or lot space designated for brief pick-up and drop-off. Pooled across eligible vehicles. Free up to your dwell cap — overstay triggers an automatic penalty that flows to your usage record.
Platform
Manage everything from the dashboard.
The platform is the web application on top of the reservation API. Providers manage their entire inventory, rates, and visibility through it — no API integration required.
Guided onboarding.
A step-by-step UI to create and configure your provider account, sites, resources, and offerings — including rates and policies. No API access required to go live.
Inventory management.
Publish, suspend, and update any resource or offering from your dashboard. Rate changes take effect on the next reservation. Nothing requires a support ticket.
Live reservation visibility.
See every active hold, confirmed reservation, and in-progress session across your sites in real time. Know what is occupied and what is available at a glance.
Usage and revenue reporting.
Every completed session produces an immutable usage record — time or energy consumed, rate applied, and your earnings net of platform fee. Historical reporting by site and resource.
Rate and policy control.
Set per-minute, per-hour, or per-kWh rates. Configure dwell caps, overstay penalties, blackout hours, and eligibility rules. Every policy you set is enforced by the reservation API — not just recorded.
Tenant isolation.
You see only your inventory and your sessions. Operator identities are visible in your records but operators cannot see your pricing data or other providers' listings.
Onboarding
From signup to live in one session.
Create your provider account.
Sign up on the platform. Your provider profile, site structure, and resource inventory are all managed through the platform UI — no API access required.
Add your sites and resources.
Define your physical locations, configure the resources at each site (stalls, connectors, berths), and set the offerings available to operators — including rates and access policies.
Publish your offerings.
When a resource and offering are published, they become discoverable and reservable through the reservation API. Suspended resources are invisible to operators instantly.
Watch sessions and revenue flow.
Every operator reservation, check-in, and completed session appears in your dashboard in real time. Usage records and revenue are calculated automatically on session close.
Who is a provider
Any entity with physical capacity AVs can use.
Providers span the full range of physical infrastructure — from a single-location parking operator to a national charging network or a city curb authority.
Autonomous vehicles need places to go. You have the space.
Onboard through the platform, publish your offerings, and the reservation API does the rest. You earn from every completed session. Usage records and payouts are calculated automatically.
