Earnings vary by location, space type, and capabilities. PUDO-only hosts earn $200–$800/month. Hosts with staging enabled earn $500–$2,000/month due to longer session times (3–5x).
We support 11 space types: residential driveways, commercial lots, open garages, covered garages, street curbs, alleys, loading docks, warehouse yards, church lots, school lots, and transit-adjacent spaces. Each must meet AV requirements for dimensions, surface quality, GPS accuracy (CEP), and cellular connectivity.
PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) zones handle short stops for robotaxi passenger exchange. Staging nodes support extended vehicle idle time — vehicles charge, wait for dispatch, and park overnight. You can start with PUDO and upgrade to staging with a single click.
We use municipal parcel data (Dallas CAD, Maricopa County Assessor, etc.) to pre-identify properties with high potential as AV infrastructure nodes. If your property has a shadow profile, you can claim it and fast-track your onboarding with pre-filled data.
No. Autonomous vehicles arrive and depart on their own, verified by GPS geofencing. Everything is managed through the platform. You earn passively.
XoomPark takes a 20% platform fee on each session. You keep 80% of all earnings, paid out weekly via Stripe Connect.
