We use municipal parcel data to pre-identify properties with high potential as AV infrastructure nodes. If your property has a shadow profile, you can claim it and fast-track your onboarding.

XoomPark is operator-agnostic. While Zoox is our first target operator, the architecture supports any AV fleet — Waymo, Cruise, May Mobility, Tesla, and others. Onboarding a new operator is a data entry task, not a re-architecture.
