For plazas with charging, washing, tire or repair businesses

Get more paid work from the businesses at your plaza.

Charging. Washing. Tires. Repairs. Each business publishes its own services, prices and hours for fleet customers through XoomPark.

Fleets won’t set up a deal with every business at a plaza. XoomPark gives them one place to request each one.

Start with one participating business. Driverless vehicles come later.

Add your plaza

Free to register. Each business’s regular customers come first.

Each business chooses its own services, prices and hours. Registering does not commit any business’s equipment, staff or space.

We’ll review your plaza and contact you about next steps. Registration does not guarantee customers or activate a fleet integration.

We use these details to review your plaza and contact you about your application. Read our privacy notice.

What could the businesses at your plaza get paid to do?

Each business offers only its own services. A plaza can begin with just one.

  • EV charging

Offered by whoever operates the chargers, in agreed windows, once access and payment terms are confirmed with that operator.

  • Washing and cleaning

Offered by the wash or detail business, using its own equipment, people and prices.

  • Tire service

Offered by the tire or service shop, for the work it is qualified and equipped to perform.

  • Repairs and inspections

Offered by the repair business, with the customer approving any quote before work starts.

  • Parking and waiting

Offered where the property owner allows, in a defined area for an agreed stay.

Each business offers its own services, and one is enough to start.

XoomPark OS · Attendant view

See a real job, start to finish.

This is what your team sees when a fleet books your site. One phone, one checklist, no new hardware.

EV charging job, start to finishAccess, position, plug in, plug out. Every step logged from the attendant’s phone.
Wash and interior clean, start to finishAccess, wash, interior clean. The fleet sees each step as it happens.

Who decides what your plaza offers?

Shared property does not mean shared authority. The application asks who you are.

Property owner or manager

You control the site, access and parking. You can invite the businesses at your plaza to take part, but you can’t commit their equipment, staff or prices.

We’ll ask what space and access you control, and which businesses may be ready.

Business operator

You run the wash, chargers, tire bay or repair shop at the plaza. You decide your own services, prices and hours.

We’ll ask what you operate and when you could offer it.

One participating business is enough to start.

One request. Separate jobs. A record for each.

Example workflow. Not an existing booking or live integration.

Each business keeps its own record

Each business does its own work. XoomPark keeps the visit organized.

The XoomPark OS workflow connects what each business agreed with the work behind the visit.

Illustrative workflow. Not a live booking or integration.

  1. Step 1

    Set each offer

Each business chooses its services, prices and available windows.

  2. Step 2

    Accept each request

Each business confirms its own job, time, bay or space.

  3. Step 3

    Share the handoff

Arrival and handoff instructions go to everyone involved in the visit.

  4. Step 4

    Record each part

Each business keeps its completed tasks and exceptions in its own record.

Every business keeps control.

Nothing is decided for a business by the property owner, a tenant or XoomPark.

  • Each business chooses its own services, prices and hours.
  • No one can commit another business’s equipment, staff or pricing.
  • Businesses take part one at a time.
  • Any business can pause new availability.

Already accepted bookings follow the agreed cancellation terms.

The driver may disappear. The need for service doesn’t.

A driverless vehicle may need charging, a wash and somewhere to wait in one visit. A plaza with several businesses can serve those needs at one address, with each business doing its own part.

Start with fleets that have drivers. Driverless vehicles come later, where the fleet, site and service process are approved. Each business chooses whether to take that work.

Registration alone does not approve your plaza for driverless visits or create a fleet or carmaker integration.

Questions owners ask

Is registration free?

Yes. Adding your plaza is free. Any later software fees or commercial terms are shown and agreed separately before any business accepts work.

Will XoomPark send us customers?

Our goal is to help the businesses at your plaza win suitable fleet work. We review services, location, hours and pricing with each business. We do not guarantee bookings, vehicle volumes or income.

Can I sign up the whole plaza?

You can register the plaza, but each business decides for itself whether to take part. One participating business is enough to start.

I’m a tenant, not the owner. Can I register?

Yes. Register the plaza and tell us who owns it. We confirm who can authorize participation before anything is offered.

Who does the work?

Each participating business does its own work with its own people and equipment. Registration does not commit any business to extra staffing.

How do payment and fees work?

You set the price for the work you accept. Payment and fee terms are confirmed with you before you accept any work.

Do we need new equipment?

Not to register. Each business starts with the services it already provides. Any new equipment or site changes would be evaluated and agreed separately.

When could driverless vehicles visit?

Only after the relevant fleet approves the site, vehicle access and service process, and the business accepts the work. Registration is not an approval or a promise of a visit date.

Let each business make its offer.

Tell us who operates what at your plaza, and which businesses may be ready to take part.
