Fleet pit stops

Don’t send every vehicle back to the depot.

XoomPark helps fleets find qualified locations near where their vehicles operate for parking, charging, cleaning, inspection and vehicle turnaround.

Keep vehicles closer to demand. Reduce unnecessary depot trips. Get them back into service faster.

A pit stop between revenue runs

  1. Arrive
  2. Park
  3. Charge
  4. Clean
  5. Inspect
  6. Verified
  7. Back in service

Instead of routing every vehicle back to a central depot, XoomPark helps create smaller operating locations closer to where the fleet is already working.

What can happen at a XoomPark location

  • Reserved fleet parking

Dedicated or scheduled space for fleet vehicles.

  • Charging

Access to existing on-site charging or qualified charging solutions, depending on the location.

  • Plug and unplug

Attended charging support where the site provides it.

  • Light cleaning

Interior reset and basic vehicle-ready cleaning.

  • Inspection

Visual condition checks and basic turnaround tasks.

  • Task verification

Timestamped records, photos, completed tasks and exception reporting.

Services vary by site and are configured around each fleet’s operating requirements.

Your depot is the garage. XoomPark is the pit stop.

Central depots remain important. But vehicles should not have to make a long non-revenue trip every time they need parking, charging, cleaning or a basic turnaround task. XoomPark helps fleets add qualified capacity closer to operating demand.

Drivers today. Driverless fleets next.

A driverless vehicle still needs somewhere to park, be cleaned, be inspected and charge. The sites you set up today are the ones a driverless fleet can book later, where the fleet and the site approve.

Questions fleets ask

Does XoomPark own or lease the sites?

No. XoomPark finds and vets sites, and sets up booking and the job record. Each site partner provides its own space, staff and terms.

Who does the cleaning and inspections?

The site’s own staff, such as a car wash crew or a service shop team. Completed work, photos and exceptions are recorded for each job.

Does every site have charging or staff on hand?

No. Services vary by site. Charging, attended plug and unplug, cleaning and inspection are confirmed site by site before you book.

How fast can a pit stop be set up?

It depends on the market and the sites available. We give you a realistic timeline after we see your request, not before.

Which markets do you cover?

Any market you name. We start with sites near your demand. Where we have no partner sites yet, we find and set them up with you.

What does it cost?

Each site sets its own price per space or per job, and any XoomPark fees are shown before you book. Requesting sites is not a commitment.

Do I have to sign with every site?

Each site agrees its own terms with you. XoomPark gives you one place to book and track them all.

What about insurance?

Insurance requirements are set per site and confirmed before you book. XoomPark does not replace your own coverage.

When could driverless vehicles use a pit stop?

Only after the fleet and the site approve the access and service process. Requesting a site is not an approval or a promise of a date.

Tell us where your vehicles work.

Name the market, the fleet size and what the vehicles need. We’ll start looking for a site.
