For stations with washing, charging or available parking
Get more paid work from the station you already run.
Car washes. EV charging. Interior cleaning. Short-stay and overnight parking. Offer the services and hours you choose to fleet customers through XoomPark.
Fleets won’t sign a deal with every station. XoomPark gives them one place to book yours.
Start with fleets that have drivers. Driverless cars come next.
What could your station get paid to do?
Start with services you already offer and hours your team can support. You do not need to offer everything.
EV charging
Offer charging during agreed windows for compatible fleet vehicles. Access and payment terms are confirmed with whoever operates the chargers.
Plug-in and unplug help
Add a paid plug-in or unplug service during staffed hours. Your trained team handles the connection using agreed vehicle and equipment procedures.
Interior cleaning
Vacuum floors, remove ordinary rubbish and wipe down agreed surfaces. Offer appointments during hours your team can cover.
Exterior wash
Offer your existing wash service to suitable fleet vehicles during the windows you choose. Confirm the right wash method before accepting the job.
Short-stay and overnight parking
Offer short waits or overnight parking where your lot allows. Choose the spaces, hours and length of stay without blocking pumps, entrances or regular customer parking.
One service is enough to start. You decide what is worth offering.
XoomPark OS · Attendant view
See a real job, start to finish.
This is what your team sees when a fleet books your site. One phone, one checklist, no new hardware.
One request. Clear work. A record when it’s done.
Example workflow. Not an existing booking or live integration.

The XoomPark OS workflow connects what was agreed with the work behind the visit.
Illustrative workflow. Not a live booking or integration.
- Step 1
Set your offer
Choose services, prices, vehicle requirements and available windows.
- Step 2

Confirm the job, time, bay or space and arrival instructions.
- Step 3

Your regular customers come first.
Offer a wash window, a cleaning appointment or parking hours that fit your business. You keep control of what happens at your station.
- Choose the bays, spots and hours you make available.
- Set prices that account for your people, supplies and other costs.
- Accept the work that fits your operation.
- Pause new availability when you need to.
Already accepted bookings follow the agreed cancellation terms.
The driver may disappear. The need for service doesn’t.
A driverless vehicle may still need a wash, charging, an interior clean or somewhere permitted to wait. Those are services a station can offer without a customer shopping inside.
Start with fleets that have drivers. Driverless cars come next, where the fleet, location and service process are approved. You choose whether to take that work.
Registration alone does not approve your site for driverless visits or create a fleet or carmaker integration.
Questions owners ask
Is registration free?
Yes. Adding your station is free. Any later software fees or commercial terms are shown and agreed separately before you use a paid service or accept work.
Will XoomPark send me customers?
Our goal is to help your station win suitable fleet work. We review your services, location, hours and pricing with you. We do not guarantee bookings, vehicle volumes or income.
Will this affect my regular customers?
You choose what to offer and when. Keep pumps, entrances, customer spaces and service queues clear. You can pause new availability; already accepted bookings follow the agreed terms.
Who does the work?
Your existing team or an agreed service provider performs the jobs you accept. Only offer work your people, equipment and permissions support. Registration does not commit you to extra staffing.
How do payment and fees work?
You set the price for the work you accept, and the fleet pays you under the agreed terms. XoomPark keeps the shared job record used at billing time. Any applicable fees and payment arrangements are shown before you accept work.
What if a charging company runs our chargers?
We need to confirm charging access and payment terms with that company. A charger on your property is not automatically yours to reserve or sell.
Do I need new equipment?
Not to register. Start with the services you already provide. Any new equipment, site changes or additional services would be evaluated and agreed separately.
When could driverless vehicles visit?
Only after the relevant fleet approves the location, vehicle access and service process, and you accept the work. Registration is not an approval or a promise of a visit date.
