Off the curb. Out of traffic.

Robotaxis and delivery fleets need places to stop, load and wait. XoomPark gives cities those places off the street, on private lots, garages and property entrances that are checked and ready, so the curb stays clear for everyone else.

Four ways the program works.

  • 1

    Staging

Cars wait off-street near demand instead of circling.

  • 2

    Waiting between rides

A short-term spot, not a bus stop or bike lane.

  • 3

    Off-curb pickup and drop-off

Riders get in and out away from traffic.

  • 4

    Access on private property

Owners set the spaces, hours and rules.

The curb is full. The space to wait already exists.

Robotaxis are growing fast in American cities, and delivery fleets already fill the curb. Between rides, cars circle, double-park or wait wherever they can: bus stops, bike lanes, loading zones. At a concert or a game, hundreds arrive at once.

Cities want the curb back, and neighbors want the traffic gone. The answer is places to stop and wait off the street. Most of them already exist, in lots, garages and driveways that sit partly empty much of the day.

Each of us was solving one piece. A plan doesn’t help if the cars have nowhere to wait. A pickup zone fills in minutes. A car with no driver can’t feed a meter. And no city wants to hire four vendors and stitch them together.

So four companies formed one team: one program a city can adopt, and one set of rules every fleet can follow.

Plan. Curb. Pay. Wait.

Plan

Forward Progress

Plans pickup, drop-off and staging locations with the city, starting with event traffic plans.

Curb

CurbReserver

Assigns each vehicle a curb space the city chooses, built on emerging international curb standards.

Pay

Meter Feeder

Machine-to-machine parking payment, so a car with no driver can pay for the curb.

Wait

XoomPark

Off-street staging, waiting and pickup on private property, and the day-to-day coordination with the AV companies.

What XoomPark brings.

Places to wait, off the street

Lots, garages and driveways near where riders are, outside traffic. Nothing gets built; we use space that’s already there.

Every space checked first

Access, hours, capacity, clearance and rules are documented before a single car is sent there.

Pickup off the curb

Riders get in and out on private property or in a marked bay, and cars move to the curb only when a rider is ready.

The AV companies at the table

We work with each fleet on where to stage, wait and load: a short walk, a short wait, and a car already there.

Owners paid, on their terms

Property owners set the spaces, hours and rules, and get paid for the space fleets use.

Open to every AV company

No exclusives. Any fleet can use the program and follow the same rules.

Game night, off the curb.

Events are where the curb breaks first. Cars wait in a staging lot near the stadium, then roll to the pickup zone in waves as the crowd comes out.

  1. The week before

    Plan the night

The venue plan sets the pickup zone and staging lots. Every space is checked and shared with the AV companies.

  2. During the game

    Wait off the street

Cars drop fans at the pickup zone, then go to a staging lot instead of circling.

  3. Final whistle

    Release in waves

Cars move from staging to the pickup zone as fans walk out, so a car is already there.

  4. The next day

    Report to the city

How many cars came, how long fans waited, and where the curb backed up.

Anywhere cars pile up at the curb.

Downtowns first, then everywhere riders come and go.
