For car and van fleets
Fleet Parking
Where cars and vans can park, wait, be stored or be washed, with counts of the sites we have identified, the local rules and the questions to put to each site.
TELL US YOUR CITIES →The short answer
Counts are sites identified from public listings as of October 15, 2026. They are not live inventory, and none is bookable until the site agrees terms. For the market itself, see our comparison of all seven providers serving Miami, and the explainer on what a fleet staging lot is.

Questions about these guides
What kind of fleets are these guides for?
Cars and vans: rideshare, delivery, rental, leasing and robotaxi fleets. If you run tractor-trailers, truck terminals are built for you. One Miami terminal, for example, publishes $700 a month for a tractor space.
Does XoomPark own the parking?
No. We identify and vet lots and garages, agree each site’s terms with the fleet, and run booking and the job record. Each site sets its own price, hours and rules.
Are the counts available spaces?
No. They are sites identified from public listings. A site is not verified, available or bookable until it agrees terms.
My city is not listed. What happens if I ask?
We source it. Tell us the city and the fleet, and we start from public listings and check what the local rules are. A city gets its own guide once we have identified enough sites and sourced its local rules.
