For EV charging sites and charger operators
Turn unused charger time into paid fleet charging.
Offer agreed charging windows to fleet customers through XoomPark. Add washing, plug-in help or parking only if your site can support them.
Fleets won’t set up a deal with every charging site. XoomPark gives them one place to request yours.
Start with fleets that have drivers. Driverless vehicles come later.
What could your chargers get paid to do?
Start with charging. Add anything else only if your site and team can support it.
Fleet charging windows
Offer charging during agreed windows for compatible fleet vehicles. You set the chargers, hours and price. Advertised power is not delivered power, so confirm what each charger can actually deliver.
Off-peak and overnight charging
Offer the hours when your chargers are less busy to fleet vehicles that charge on a schedule. Keep priority for the drivers you want to serve first.
Plug-in and unplug help (optional)
Add a paid plug-in or unplug service during staffed hours, where trained staff can do it using agreed vehicle and equipment procedures.
Washing and cleaning (optional)
If your site has a wash or staffed cleaning, offer it alongside a charging visit. It is not required.
Short-stay and overnight parking (optional)
Offer a defined area for agreed stays where your site allows, without blocking chargers, entrances or public parking.
One service is enough to start, and it can be charging alone. You decide what is worth offering.
XoomPark OS · Attendant view
See a real job, start to finish.
This is what your team sees when a fleet books your site. One phone, one checklist, no new hardware.
Do you run the chargers, or host them?
The two are different, and the application asks which one you are.
Charger operator
You own or run the chargers. You decide which chargers, hours, prices and vehicle types to offer, and who can access them.
We’ll ask for connector types, advertised power, usable windows and who controls fleet access.
Property host
Another company runs the chargers on your property. Charging access and payment terms are confirmed with that operator. A charger on your property is not automatically yours to reserve or sell.
We’ll ask who operates the chargers, and about any parking, space or services you control.
Do both? Tell us which parts you control.
One request. A confirmed window. A record of the session.
Example workflow. Not an existing booking or live integration.

The XoomPark OS workflow connects what was agreed with the charging session behind the visit.
Illustrative workflow. Not a live booking or integration.
- Step 1
Set your offer
Choose chargers, prices, vehicle requirements and available windows.
- Step 2
Accept the request
Confirm the vehicle, time, charger and arrival instructions.
- Step 3
Confirm access
Check compatibility, and who controls access, with the charger operator.
- Step 4
Record the session
Keep the session details and exceptions in one record for billing.
Your regular drivers come first.
Offer the chargers and hours that fit your site. You keep control of who uses them and when.
- Choose which chargers and hours you make available.
- Set prices that reflect your power, equipment and other costs.
- Accept the requests that fit your site.
- Pause new availability when you need to.
Sessions you have already accepted follow the agreed cancellation terms.
The driver may disappear. The need to charge doesn’t.
A driverless vehicle still needs to charge, and may need a clean or somewhere permitted to wait. A charging site can serve that without a customer shopping inside.
Start with fleets that have drivers. Driverless vehicles come later, where the fleet, site and charging process are approved. You choose whether to take that work.
Registration alone does not approve your site for driverless visits or create a fleet or carmaker integration.
Questions owners ask
Is registration free?
Yes. Adding your charging site is free. Any later software fees or commercial terms are shown and agreed separately before you accept work.
Will XoomPark send me charging customers?
Our goal is to help your site win suitable fleet charging work. We review your chargers, location, hours and pricing with you. We do not guarantee bookings, charging volume or income.
I run the chargers. What do you need from me?
The connector types, advertised power, usable windows and who controls fleet access. Advertised power is not a promise of delivered power or available capacity.
Another company runs the chargers on my property. Can I still sign up?
Yes. Register your site and tell us who operates the chargers. We confirm charging access and payment terms with that operator. A charger on your property is not automatically yours to reserve or sell.
Will this affect public drivers or my regular customers?
You choose what to offer and when. Keep chargers, entrances and customer spaces clear for the people you want to serve first. You can pause new availability; accepted bookings follow the agreed terms.
How do payment and fees work?
You set the price for the charging you accept. Payment and fee terms are confirmed with you before you accept any work.
Do I need new equipment?
Not to register. Start with the chargers and services you already have. Any new equipment or site changes would be evaluated and agreed separately.
When could driverless vehicles visit?
Only after the relevant fleet approves the site, vehicle access and charging process, and you accept the work. Registration is not an approval or a promise of a visit date.
