For travel centers and larger fuel plazas

Get more paid work from the fleet activity near your travel center.

EV charging. Fleet parking. Cleaning. Vehicle services. Offer the services and hours you choose to fleet customers through XoomPark.

Fleets won’t set up a deal with every travel center. XoomPark gives them one place to request yours.

Start with fleets that have drivers. Driverless vehicles come later.

Add your travel center

Free to register. Your current customers come first.

You choose the services, prices and hours. Registering does not commit your space or staff.

We’ll review your travel center and contact you about next steps. Registration does not guarantee customers or activate a fleet integration.

What could your travel center get paid to do?

Start with services your site already delivers and hours your team can support. You do not need to offer everything.

  • EV charging

Offer existing chargers during agreed windows for compatible fleet vehicles. Access and payment terms are confirmed with whoever operates the chargers.

  • Fleet parking

Offer a separate, defined area for agreed stays, without blocking fuel lanes, entrances or current customer parking.

  • Approved waiting

Offer a designated place for a vehicle to wait for an agreed time before or after a service.

  • Cleaning

Where your team is staffed for it, offer interior cleaning or exterior washing during windows you can cover.

  • Vehicle services

Offer the vehicle services your site already delivers and your team is qualified to perform.

One service is enough to start. You decide what is worth offering.

XoomPark OS · Attendant view

See a real job, start to finish.

This is what your team sees when a fleet books your site. One phone, one checklist, no new hardware.

EV charging job, start to finishAccess, position, plug in, plug out. Every step logged from the attendant’s phone.
Wash and interior clean, start to finishAccess, wash, interior clean. The fleet sees each step as it happens.

One request. A confirmed visit. A record when it’s done.

Your team runs the site. XoomPark keeps the visit organized.

The XoomPark OS workflow connects what was agreed with the work behind the visit.

Illustrative workflow. Not a live booking or integration.

  1. Step 1

    Set your offer

Choose services, areas, prices, vehicle requirements and available windows.

  2. Step 2

    Accept the request

Check vehicle size, hours and service availability before you confirm.

  3. Step 3

    Share arrival instructions

Tell the driver or fleet where to enter and where to park or wait.

  4. Step 4

    Record the visit

Keep the visit, completed services and exceptions in one record for billing.

Your current customers come first.

Offer the areas, hours and services that fit your site. You keep control of what happens at your travel center.

  • Choose the areas, services and hours you make available.
  • Keep fuel lanes, entrances and customer parking clear.
  • Set prices that reflect your people, equipment and other costs.
  • Pause new availability when you need to.

Already accepted bookings follow the agreed cancellation terms.

The driver may disappear. The need for service doesn’t.

A driverless vehicle may still need to charge, wait or be cleaned. Where the fleet, site and service process are approved, a travel center can serve that without a customer shopping inside.

Start with fleets that have drivers. Driverless vehicles come later. You choose whether to take that work.

Registration alone does not approve your site for driverless visits or create a fleet or carmaker integration.

Questions owners ask

Is registration free?

Yes. Adding your travel center is free. Any later software fees or commercial terms are shown and agreed separately before you accept work.

Will XoomPark send me customers?

Our goal is to help your site win suitable fleet work. We review your services, location, hours and pricing with you. We do not guarantee bookings, vehicle volumes or income.

Does my location fit?

Not every highway location, fuel service or truck bay suits every fleet vehicle. We review vehicle size, access and permitted uses with you, and location near real fleet activity matters more than acreage.

Will this affect my current customers?

You choose what to offer and when. Keep fuel lanes, entrances and customer spaces clear. You can pause new availability; accepted bookings follow the agreed terms.

Who does the work?

Your existing team or an agreed service provider performs the jobs you accept. Only offer work your people, equipment and permissions support. Registration does not commit you to extra staffing.

How do payment and fees work?

You set the price for the work you accept. Payment and fee terms are confirmed with you before you accept any work.

Do I need new equipment?

Not to register. Start with the services you already provide. Any new equipment, site changes or additional services would be evaluated and agreed separately.

When could driverless vehicles visit?

Only after the relevant fleet approves the location, vehicle access and service process, and you accept the work. Registration is not an approval or a promise of a visit date.
